Working now in Shibuya I can see everyday some dudes riding fixies (and some single speed also). During one of my lunch time I discovered a shop 3 mn from my office in a small street :

Triple rock Bicycles :

Specialized in BMX and has some fixed gear stuff, they are selling right now the latest SE models.

A Bianchi, I guess the owner was not far as he didn't lock it :

Stealing is unusual in Japan but still it is not Disney Land... Be careful.
