Note : WU : about 19:30 a bit progressive to raise HR Cooper test : 12 minutes : 3 minutes of "oh yeah feeling good and fast!" then 9 minutes of pure pain, "don't do that again" feeling. But I just hit 4min/km average for the test! Despite starting too fast as usual. I gained something like 300m from last test this summer. (I'm a bit lighter too : 74.2kg today) Based on that I am going to reset my "zones".
