Note : Today is a holiday here. Culture day. And this week in Obi is Denken week, with artists performances and exhibitions. Not many art related events around here so we appreciate. Back to running blah blah : last week was supposed to be a big week, it went the other way. Tropical weather left suddenly for a bit of rain AND "cold" or much fresher temps. Mind and body were not ready for it. We went from using aircon at home to turn on some heater in 3 days... So this week is the last week of volume and intensity before the race on the 16th. Today's plan (rejoining the plan as if I had not left it (maybe something runna should work on, when the plan derailed suddenly to re update itself) : 8km easy run at a conversational pace (no faster than 5:25/km). This is a limit, not a target - run at whatever pace feels truly easy!
