After 5 forced days of hikikomoriness due to a cold, I rode the bike in my neighborhood to find this café, bread shop. Good finding.

It is becoming a little bit my second home in Aoshima. At @surfcity_miyazaki I started a couple of month ago yoga, pilates, SUP and *cough* surf (which is a long long way to go 😬). Yoga is a real revelation to me.

And let's start the year as the previous one ended :-) A good ride to Udo-jingū shrine. Glad I went by bike because the last 2 or 3 km were packed of cars bumper to bumper on two lines. Hours of "fun" wait as they can let only few cars in....

First sato imo harvested. The English name is taro if I don't mistake. Also harvested some soya beans today and mini daikons (to make space for others)

I rode to the Kurayoshi velodrome. The only one in Tottori prefecture I think and quite in the middle of nowhere :-) 3 riders from Okayama were training. During their break I rode it few laps, my first on a velodrome (with my tri bike). 333m makes it like a centrifuge after a little while. I hope to try it again.

Very beautiful autumn day. Went to the field after 10 days to find the tomatoes are still going strong! Also enjoyed an easy ride and run training with 23°C! On the right kaki season peak, eating a lot of them, my favs are the super soft one, it is like jam.
