TCCのおかげでまたテレビに出た^_^ 今年49位/294。よかったです！ゴールの直後に足がつっちゃった「笑」See me having a cramp just after the goal :-) I was featured as one of the local triathletes on the (very) local tv channel TCC.

I spent a couple of hours with friends at the Daisen Beer Fes' this afternoon. I could not drink but I did come back home empty hands :-) that's part of my triathlon race next week : post race recovery drink! (Pre race would be adventurous...)

I think I finally found a perfect middle between sitting and standing desk. You're standing AND sitting :-) feels really comfortable. For 4500 yen I am going to give it a try.
