A good ride too. 30mn easy then climbing, hard in the end. Then back to tempo with few accelerations.
That was a very good one. 6 Long intervals 3 at easy tempo and 3 at fast tempo but in control.  and felt great with still energy at the end.
Short one in the night. 5k prog. Then last easy.
Open water swim. No suit needed yet.  Used fins on way back. Snorkeling around the island in between.

Not targeting any pace. But felt soft and no energy.

Short and easy spin. Got a slow flat.
At pace. Pushing just a bit.

Nice ride to Kojima
Easy on beach sand. Followed with a 7 minutes full body workout
That one hurt. Intervals on cross-country loop. Still super hot and humid here.
Long not pushing staying as comfortable as possible.
Open Water Swim - warm water, 29ºC outside - no suit but with hand-paddle
Just after ride. 14’ as I could then break and finish easy.
Going harder than last july triathlon
Shorty, up to the golf club, amazing potential as a run course (probably won t happen though)
