Not pushing. « Still able to talk without being out of breath » speed. 2 times cross country loop.
1 k prog. 3k pushing then short cross country loop easy. Finish last k fast.

I did not know the ‘old’ road to Nichinan was closed. Big bummer as I won t take the long tunnel. But thanks to that found a new crazy beautiful path in the mountain.

Typhoon 21 on us. Not pushing but not easy too.
Swim to Kojima and back 2 times, a monkey was waiting for me there, that was pretty incredible. [This is an island only inhabited by monkeys, I heard they can swim also]
Head wind then rain then thunder! Had to turn back and did a couple of loop in my area.

Outdoor 50m swim maybe the last of the year.
Wanted to jog closer to 6'/k actually... weirdly not easy when you are not used to it
