Training #15 Run #9, rain season took a rest today and so best weather. Pushed on the cross country loop.
Training #14 Run #8. Shorter one with some fartlek, irregular short intervals
Training #13 Swim #2 3 times 500m or so. Rest 1’. About 10’ each. A bit of waves
Training #12 Run #7. Haven’t trained a lot this week...
Training #10 Run #6 Rainy and windy ! At pace, limit of comfort on cross-country course.
Training #9 Swim #1 First swim since last summer! 4 times  to the buoy (about. 4x500m) with 2' rest between each
Training #8 Run #5. Easy 2k then at pace until 5 , back easy on the beach and splash in the ocean
Training #7 SUP #2. Some good wind to battle against but almost no waves. great weather.
Training #6 Run #4. Feeling ok. Not pushing until last k.
Training #5 Run #3 with what I still had in the tank, which was not much. Also run on the beach sand to make it harder.
