Yesterday we had a great lunch course at Mulan 木蘭ムーラン。Tanaka San uses this hundred years big house as a restaurant now. It is very well preserved. The atmosphere is very calm and the food is delicious! The course is 2800 yen per person. We will definitely go again! ごちそうさまでした!

Yesterday at the beach of Meotoura, good news I can still swim. Maybe I will come back to triathlon next year? For now I am focusing on losing weight and being a runner again. Step by step.
