Unplanned ride nearby friend's home. I did not know where I was going but found an awesome loop. Only I got caught in strong rain...
Post swim jog. In the heat to make it more fun
Super easy go and back to the pool.
First *long* in while. Good one.
Interval training from 11' - 4x8' (active rest 4') - Back home easy
Totally soaked by the rain but I am fine with it. Almost hit by a car that cut my road, totally not fine with that. Otherwise good short ride.
35°C. Some good climbs. Feeling better and better.
