Just a jog before the night to fight a cold. With few exercises on the way.
Quasi flat ride. Great weather, not pushing, tail wind on the way back. Feeling easy.
Morning Run - at a good pace
Morning Ride - Tough - Humid and windy -
Afternoon Run - 10 x (1' steady + 45" easy)
Super easy jog with few exercises.
Morning Ride - the climb to Aoya killed me - perfect weather though
Lunch Run - Slightly negative split. Still quite warm still, in shorts.
